Delivery Addresses:
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Options:
- Next Day Delivery Next day delivery service is available for select items. Most orders ship on the same day if received before 4pm. However, for this service, customers are required to call our customer service team at 0800 029 3633 to confirm the availability and to arrange for next day delivery.
- Standard Delivery: For most items, standard delivery time within the UK ranges between 2 to 4 business days from the date of order placement.
- Large Item Delivery. Large items include screens over 50" in size and larger quantities of items. Courier charges include specialist services from Palletline and Relay Technical Transport will be applied for those items and delivery times may be longer than usual. If you are unsure then please call our customer service team on 0800 029 3633.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items ordered and the chosen delivery option. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the purchase.
Audio Visual Items:
Please note that audio visual items may require additional handling and packaging to ensure safe delivery. Therefore, the standard delivery time for these items may range between 2 to 4 business days from the date of order placement.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
For large item deliveries you will receive a call from Relay Technical Transport to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Large item deliveries from Palletline are only trackable through our customer service team by calling 0800 029 3633.
